somewhere in nevada was fun as hell. i had a great time working on it, all the way up until the time i stopped doing that. the unfortunate truth is that, considering my current career situation(s) and general outlook on life, all planning for SiN have ended up pretty much dead in the water. it’s not that i don’t want to keep making these, but for the past year this project has been stuck in a creative loop and i just don’t know if i can continue in a way that is satisfying to me artistically. yeah, that’s a bunch of pretentious nonsense, but it’s also 100% true.
so anyway, i’m not shitcanning the project forever. lord knows SiN has been shuttered for far longer in the past; maybe one day in the future, i’ll pick this thing back up, dust it off, and kiss it gently on the cheek. until then, why not check out my new (old) project?

hello friends! for some reason i’ve been going through issue one and deciding that my old, inconsistent inks have just got to go. so! the old issue one will slowly be consumed by the newer, leaner, meaner issue one with all design tweaks made to the SiN house style starting from issue 3 onward retroactively applied. so far, the cover and the first four pages have been replaced. i’ve also tacked on some pithy blurbs to the original commentary, and you can still see the old versions if you click the links in the bolded future segments of the blurb.

yes, we’re back. i was considering alienating what’s left of my readership by turning SiN into a newspaper-format 3-panel gag strip but then i remembered i no longer have any readers. anyway, i’ve added character tags to all prior comics so you can now search for comic pages featuring your favorite assholes. meanwhile, there’s a SiN-related semiadventure ongoing at my other website.
also, here’s an ultimatum. IF ISSUE THREE IS NOT SOMEHOW FINISHED BY THE END OF NOVEMBER, 2011, FEEL FREE TO SEND ME A BOMB IN THE MAIL
